It would be great if we could set a maximum total number of appointments or hours per day, which takes into account both self scheduled appointments and those booked by our admin team.
Currently in User Availability > Settings > Limit Self-Scheduled Appts Per User Per Day it only takes into account self scheduled appointments, which means our admin team have to remember the maximum hours that each therapist wants when they are booking appointments for clients.
