Currently the label of the notes field on the online scheduler Additional info tab is “Note for participants”. We would love to be able to change that customer-facing label.

Josh you can do this by changing the custom label for this field. You can do this if you have Translations enabled in your org. You would go to setup – custom labels – find the label and change it. Feel free to reach out to support and they can assist you with that.
