What is the Online Appointment Scheduler Widget?
Similar to your own Personal Scheduler (Appointment Link), the Online Appointment Scheduler Widget allows customers to self-schedule appointments from your website or community. The primary difference is the Online Appointment Scheduler Widget is configured to use our Assignment Engine to automatically determine who the customer should meet with, based on location, appointment type (service), and more.
Will I use it?
If you are on a customer-facing team you might. The SUMO Administrator would need to add you to a Resource Pool that is associated to an Online Scheduler and work with your companies webmaster to deploy an Online Scheduler on your website, customer community, partner community, etc.
