We have several brands in our org and the sharing model is that members of a brand can only see records belonging to other members of their brand.
When booking appointments though, users can see ALL SUMO locations (each brand has several SUMO Locations). We would like to control that list on the User or Invite Template level so we can say which locations should be available in that list to select from when booking.
Heather – I believe that you had a call with the Support team and this was able to be achieved with sharing rules and groups.
If you change the sharing settings for locations to private and then create a group that would allow access to certain locations this would achieved what you were looking for.
