If a user opens Invite Manager on an account with the New Appointmnet button, the participants field searches all contacts in the database. So if it’s Jim Larson and there are ten Jim Larsons in your database, it may be hard to know which one to invite. You could filter that lookup to contacts under that account, and/or automatically add a contact from a lookup field configured in settings (Primary Contact, e.g.)
