I would like the ability to add a related to when I book an appointment from the multi calendar.

Two Way SMS

I would like the ability to send two way SMS messages about appointments and events.

Invite Manager parameter – offsite location

You currently have the ability to pass in parameter values into the invite manager process including the ability to populate a location id, however, we don’t have the ability to put in any address details for an offsite location.

Mass Update Appointments

Due to turnover, we often have to change the Host on the Sumo Appointment. At this time, I can’t do a mass update so have to manually update 300+ appointments.

Additional Fields for Multi Calendar Hover Details

I would like for customers have the ability to add additional fields to display in the Multi-Calendar Hover Details. Example use case: As a doctor, I need to see the following fields — Name, Time, Location and the Related CaseID.

Limit scheduled appointments

I do not want a limited number of my customers to be able to book all of my user’s time. I would like to be able to limit the number of appointments that they are able to sign up for.

I would like a feature to be able to email a “Meeting Poll” to various people with roughly 3 or 4 dates and times I am free, and let them all confirm which of those work for them…. then inform me, so I can choose the best date/time that works for everyone… like Doodle.com

Microsoft Teams Connector

I would like SUMO to automatically create a Microsoft Teams meeting link and add it to any appointment I host for me… and if I reschedule the appointment, then update the link for me.
