I would like to provide feedback concerning the cancel page from the cancel/reschedule link when an appointment has been canceled. Instead of the current state, the customer would like to see a page similar to the appointment confirmation page (without options for cancel/reschedule). This way the experience and branding would stay consistent for the customer when creating a new appt, rescheduling, or cancelling.
